Report a translation problem
I'm usually 1-3 levels behind, but yeah, I'll try doing what you suggest. One level behind is easy, but 2 or 3 start getting annoying, especially when they're super badass or whatever they're called, they take forever to die.

I don't know if you were serious, but, FWIW, it won't help in the OP levels because:
1) Everything scales to your current level in UVHM, so you can't go level up and come back and fight lower level enemies.
2) When you play at OP 4 (I think) or higher, literally every enemy has a skull next to its health bar. It's weird seeing skag pups with a skull beside them. :-)
