The glitch happens when you switch weapons and while the voiceover from the Morningstar is active. For example, a Longrider, Slapper, Revolver, and Morningstar rifle are equipped. And so I use the Morningstar to clear out anything from a certain distance. Then, I reload and ignorning the last bits of the reload animation, I immediately switch to another weapon. I notice the voiceover from the Morningstar rifle while I reload, shoot, and switch to another weapon besides the Morningstar.
I'd suggest getting rid of it since the voiceover are an annoyance. it's up to you, but there are better sniper rifles you can find..
Now, all I can suggest are the following:
- Restart Computer
- Verify Integrity of Cache, I have some doubts if it will work.
- If your broadband speed is great, uninstall and reinstall BL2.
-If you made backups of previous times/sessions then replace your current save (only the character affected by glitch) with the previous one.
Otherwise, just wait for someone else to respond which will be unlikely.
