Is the Flakker good or bad?
I heard it takes a few shot to get a good shot so is it Good or bad?

It is pretty disappointing for a legendary, along with other weapons.

Dig for 'flakker guru' on gearbox forum. To make it work is same as make interfacer hit with all pellets. Only its Much harder. And when you fail to do so, you dont get any profit at all. And in close range allmost useless.
But if you're top on scoreing hits, it eats less rounds for high damage... but its still kinda but...

It's one of those things that (apparently) can be very powerful, if you can get the hang of it. I've never really tried.

Shotguns overall is not so recommended since the self damage you take.

You are talking about Flakker in particular or shottys in general? I dont really remember self damaging from anything but Tediors reloadings and Roketier/Grenadier rifles.

Self Damage? Do you speak of Rocket Launchers?

I just got one and tried it. Using it made me think of the bonus package grenade mod... if it were really bad.

*4 years later*

It's a good shotgun but it's very hard to use. It's also one of the brst shotguns in Borderlands : The Pre Sequel.
