Are you sure that you're at the right door? The first time I did that mission, I had a heck of a time figuring out where I was supposed to go (so much so that it's almost 2 years later, and I still remember that :-).

Yeah, I still run around sometimes, and then realize I have to get there a diferent way, even though I must have played that mission upwards fo 20 times.
It's one of those occasions where the minimap blip doesn't help much, because the path to the door is rather "awkward".
Also, isn't there a non-functional door opposite the actual one you are supposed to enter? I think I remember this giving me headaches the first couple of times.

So, OP, make sure you are at the correct door - If you are sure, do what String Theory said, and exit/re-enter the area.

I also remember I tried to enter the wrong door when i was at that mision, the game makes it look like you should get through that door. If it's not a real glitch, from the door just go up the left ramp, keep going ahed and to the left and there should be a falling and a road on a lower part, keep going from there. Sorry for possible bad English
