indeed. I had to build mine from complete scratch using the WillowTree editor, after I accidentally made my originally equipped one disappear from my slot while trying to modify it (still new to mods, btw).
But after I built mine from scratch (even wrote down the parts needed after obtaining another incendiary SMG to give myself a clue), adding the "Malevolent" prefix that increased the damage further, and editing the weapon levels that really upgraded the damage. Hell, my Savage Defiler now does over 1000-Damage after modifying it, and can take down Badass Crimson Lance soldiers on Playthrough 2 (as i'm currently a Level-57 Roland) with a single headshot.
Most people find the gun awkward because of the slow-moving arching bullets. But once you get the arch right and pair it with Gaige's Close Enough skill it's hard to go down. It has a built in 150% Critical Damage bonus and it heals you at 3% of whatever damage you do with it. Overpowered as hell with Gaige.
lol
I would definitely agree.
As for BL2, anything Moxxi is OP. Way too easy to get for being the only weapons you really need to finish the game.
the Ajax's Ogre is extremely deadly when it has a fire-rate of 12.5 and an attached scope
Especially with a blast master brick build !!
a good reason why to modify it by adding the "Max" prefix to it (which upgrades the damage even further)
