What happened to BL - mostly negative?
I wanted to play the game since I haven't played it for a while and after checking the steam page it is mostly negative.
Can someone tell me what happened?
I only found some stuff about EULA. So why are people freaking out? Just wondering

BL2 which was built on dx9c .
Requires us older players to use a DX12 OS now for CO-OP for this old DX9 game

Explain to us why a game that is A DECADE AND MORE OLD, NEEDS OUR IP ADDRESS? Ban players, Passwords, Phone numbers, and just being invasive?
