[FIX FOUND] PythonSDK mod menu not working

Long story short, I was playing with Python mods, and one day my mods just stopped working. Mod menu wasnt showing. Nothing helped, reinstalling, file verification... nothing.

I think its an issue with MS VC Redistributables, what helped was this:
- Uninstall every single VC Redist on my PC.
- Install only the VC redist listed on PythonSDK Mod Database, this one: https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe

Voila, mod menu and mods suddenly working.
