Great Game And Having Fun!

Just purchased BL2, (after playing BL3), and I must say BL2 is more fun. Better Vault Hunter characters, and a little easier for me to follow. Am beginning to see why many players talk highly of BL2. Why they changed the characters from BL2 in BL3 is silly to me. Like the BL2 better. And I just started to play.

BL2 also has the largest amount of content of any of the Borderlands (or derivative) games. So ... more to enjoy overall.

Got the GOTY edition. Maybe add the "Handsome DLC"?

also, you're gonna need the Commander Lilith DLC as well

Currently on sale til Jan 2nd. Or just purchase the Pandora Bundle? It is a little confusing to me. All are on sale.

And Borderlands The Pre- sequel is a really good game as well. Another great set of vault hunters :)

If you appreciate the more extensive writing that went into the game: Tons of quest items you can pick up have funny flavor text added to them, so if you want a bunch of chuckles I would suggest not picking them up hurrily.

And many quests have additional or altered descriptions in your quest logs when you advance even the tiniest steps of them too. Whenever I was questing in the game I would constantly bring up the log to see if something had changed. More often than not it did - with noteable humor to it.

Whoever wrote that stuff seemed to really enjoy themselves. I was missing these details in BL3 and I am missing them in Tiny Tiny's Wonderlands too. But I guess I see why they wouldn't go crazy on that again, as this stuff can be easily missed by the players, especially when they play coop or when they are rather fast with doing things.

I can imagine co-op is a great experience. Sometimes the dialogue comes too fast to get it all, and another player could be helpful. Sometimes, a game like this makes me want to "re-start" just to get a better start, but not this. I am just slugging it out as I go.

I bought GOTY version as well if you need someone to play with
