Help with a mod
I'm getting Game-Mules mod for my computer, and the instructions are as follows:

"All you have to do is extract the saves to your Borderlands 2 game save folder, in game they each have names to let you know what kind of mules they are. The folder with the saves should be under ...My Documents/My games/Borderlands 2/WillowGame/SaveData/(then a folder with a bunch of numbers).

You must have both Ultimate Vault Hunter Packs so you can use these level 72 items in game."

Currently i have a Borderlands Game Mules notepad file open, with all sorts of strange gibberish on it. I also have no clue as to how to apply these mods to the game.

I run Windows 8.1 if that makes a difference.

Thanks!

Umm you have to download the save file first. Then go to My Documents/My games/Borderlands 2/WillowGame/SaveData/(then a folder with a bunch of numbers). First copy the save file you downloaded. Then paste it there. (to the folder with numbers)

Alright, now i'm on that folder with all the numbers. Its contents are:
Borderlands 2 game mules 3 - 1 - 0 (1) *this is the second mod download, i did a duplicate
profile.bin
save001.sav
save001.sav.bak
save002
save002.sav.bak

I launched the game, but i didn't find the three saves i was supposed to get.

Thanks for your response! Any other tips?

FWIW, it's not really a "mod". It's just character save files.

The file you d/l'ed is probably a ZIP file. Just double-click the file and Windows should automatically know how to handle it and show you the contents (several .sav files). Just extract those files into the folder with your other save files.

Correct, these are sav files not any sort of mod.
Tip: Extract them to another folder first and rename them.
i.e. rename save001.sav to save00a1.sav
