FAILED MISSION "You Are Cordially Invited RSVP"
I failed the mission by accidentally killing the guy i was supposed to lure to Tina. And now this mission remains failed, not giving me chance to retry and finish it.
How do i respawn this mission?

I heard that i can restart this mission by a complex machination of starting a online game at this level etc... Well i have no possibility to play online/with friends. It's single player only for me. So can i restart this mission??

You have to go back to Tina, there you can restart the Mission

this,. no machinations... just return to tina and she restarts the mission.. infinitely

On any failed mission just go back to who or whatever gave it to you to reactivate it. In this case it was Tina.
