i dont rlly know hwo to get up the elevator (to get power to it) to get up and discover the last location ye know could someone help ?

It is part of a quest that is started in a different area, Sawtooth Cauldron I believe. There is a quest to gather map pieces, once you have all 4 you'll be directed to Caustic Caverns to solve the puzzle, which will activate the elevator.

You need to get a mission from Sawtooth Cauldron, when you enter Sawtooth, turn right and drop down asap, go up to the little camp, get mission from box, have fun.

I remember that place. Found an E-Tech weapon from a chest there. Nothing but tunnel rats and stuff. Make sure you find the last map. If you're inside Guano Grotto and see a circle and seem to not find anything, that is because you must be outside by the shore in Sawtooth Cauldron. I forget the name but the area is basically a lake and a boardwalk with loads of threshers, bandits, and Buzzards.
