What is the lowest lvl to get a confrence call?

Since it's most commonly dropped from The Warrior or Handsome Wizard though, most will be at least level 30.

I don't think any legendaries drop at level 1, do they? I heard the Hornet was one of the first legendaries avaliable, at level 2. I found one on my first playthrough, lasted me until like level 12.

Yeah the hornet drops at level one. I had a level one twin hornet on my ps3 play through. I think u can get a level 0 which is basically no level requirement.

Any Badass class enemy can drop any Legendary(with a few exceptions, like Norfleet) even if they have their own Legendary. All unique named enemies, such as Captain Flynt, Boom Bewm, and Knuckledragger is a Badass class enemy. Thus, Knuckledragger COULD drop a Conference Call.

The odds of a Non-Hornet Legendary would be horrible, you would sooner have 20+ Hornets... maybe closer to 40+ actually.

Actually most named enemies are "Bosses" where-as Badass ranked enemies are just up-scaled versions of normal enemies, for example Badass Rakk or One-Armed Bandits.

Lowest CC I have personally is 21, from a random midget, probably WEP from it's level. Lowest in theory is level 1, I'd assume.

This is the lowest that the game will allow. The lowest I have personally found was a level 23.
