A robot quest chain in Arid Badlands rewards Fibber. It has random effect spawn, but one of them, 9-pellet ricochet - makes it practically the best weapon(even above legendaries) for 5-10 levels. Got lucky with the spawn on first playthrough, used to to obliterate any boss, farm last boss, even have a foothold until ~40.

Best "secret" weapons for me (and guaranteed drops) are the Lascaux in the Frostburn Canyons cave and the Gwen's Head in one of the five boxes in the Dust. Grab one of each, save and quit, hop back in the game and go grab another of each to use akimbo. This works best in UVHM, of course, when they scale to your level.

you can always farm loot midgets in "doctor's orders" mission or "the 4 assassins", maybe do savage lee for unkempt harold also

if you have the right dlc do "whoops" and "copy that floppy" missions some nice guns off them they in scarletts dlc if memory serves me well

ps do them at a high level through id suggest

oh u said gunzerker ummm "the man with the beard" i think its called..start but dont finish this mission it ll net u the grog nozzle its on tina dlc methinks

The Lascaux is awesome. Some of the unique items are amoung the best in the game, most (i think) are given as side mission rewards. The Lascaux however is just lying out in the open for the taking in Frostburn Canyon, in a shallow pool in the spider infested left fork of a tunnel.
