Farm yourself a legendary anarchist mod from tubbies and you're good to go.
And also, farming tvhm for anything other then mods is waste of time, since it'll only last 4 or 5 levels.
It's an anarchy heavy build, naturally ricocheting guns, low mag size shotguns and pimpernel work best with it. You can use an Antagonist, Blockade or rare chimeras (Neogenator/Evolution) as a shield, but any higher cap shield should do the trick. I'm usually wearing blue prodigy/blue superior punk or a slayer of terra mods with it, Legendary Anarchist to stack up. Legendary Mechromancer is meh. LBT is very underwhelming on UVHM, because of it's DoT orientation.
Shock storm... DOT is only used to heal on uvhm, not very useful in any other case, and you will have plenty of dot to do that.
DT is very useful on op levels since he scales to 80 same as Axton's turret.
Legendary anarchist gives +5 to Strength of 5 Gorillas.
Better half gives you a great fire rate bonus, I see no reason not to take it.
Cooking up trouble... nothing else better to take on the first 3 tiers, fancy maths I alreadu talked about, and Potent as a pony is so very very useless in uvhm and especially op levels where everything can 2-3 shot you no matter the health you have.
This is also a good build, I would only move fancy maths to Strength of 5 Gorillas for a +30% DT melee dmg with legendary anarchyst.
BSS is awesome with the Bee, but not so much without it.
I've given up on derptrap, his AI is so godawful, that I'm not putting any points in him to watch as he uses his hopeless lazor, or just stands in place doing nothing instead of using his melee. Melee basically forces you into using roid shields and I don't feel like they are that awesome for Gaige. Playing through TVHM, it was very cool. UVHM wise derpderp is just too unreliable and frustrating for me.
Yep, loved this one as well :)

And I'm not a big fan of farming since most the best loot in this game are Mission Rewards. I'm also a HUGE fan of mostly using what the RNG gods give me. Keeps the game from becoming too repetitive. I will make sure and get a good slag weapon for UVHM though. My two favorites are the Magic Missle grenade mods and the Slagga (though the Chulainn Mission Reward also works great.)
I'm also considering the pros and cons of just abandoning Gaige entirely and try to slog my way through the game with a better end game character. No idea who that would be though.
Everything you need for Gaige.
After playing every charcter to level 72, some a couple of times, I always find this a real good idea. Not only do you get to experience more gameplay, but you also might discover more enjoyment from a character you never expected. Plus it helps increasde your Badass Rank and get you more loot to choose from.
Gaige can steamroll UVHM with the right build and weapons, Anarchy is the most important tree, Best Friends Forever helps but Deathtrap is a mobile decoy on UVHM, Little Big Trouble no worthy.
With a fibber (second barrel version, ricochets in a flower pattern) you can break havoc.
Don't give up!
