Doctors Orders Midgets not dropping anything

The most I ever get from a loot midget in UVHM is an e-tech relic, and half the time a loot midget won't drop any loot at all. Has this been patched or am I just having ♥♥♥♥♥♥ luck?

haha they must be, I think I've done 15-20 runs so far in the past few days and gotten one legendary class mod, and just a whole load of useless e-tech relics

at some point the drop rates from loot midgets on UVHM were nerfed in a hotfix, and farming them in offline mode increased the drop rates back to normal. I dont know if this nerf was ever fully patched in, but personally i still have much better luck offline, and a whole lot of nothing online

How do I enable offline mode then? Is it just a setting in the game or something else?

LLM still drops legendary and pearlescent, I just got the Avenger from one, but as with almost all my legends and pearls its a normal without any element, darn it

I did some experimenting over the last few days for these legendary loot midgets in wep on UVHM, seems to be more than just luck here;

*25 runs ONLINE*:
large pile of worthless etech relics
1 legendary mad house
1 legendary quasar
1 legendary infintiy pistol
1 legendary baby maker
1 unknown legendary colored item that disappeared into the floor
1 unknown pearlescent colored item that disappeared into the floor

*25 runs OFFLINE*
another pile of worthles etech relics
2 pearlescent unforgivens
1 pearescent avenger
1 pearescent butcher
2 legendary gubs
2 legendary thunderball fists
2 legendary deliverances
1 legendary mad house
1 legendary unkempt harold
1 legendary flakker
1 legendary kerblaster
1 legendary shreddifier
1 legendary fire bee
1 legendary bouncing bonny
2 legendary siren mods
1 legendary gunzerker mod

I farmed them just last week and in 15 runs I had these drop. I have the slaughterdome dlc and just speed run to the door, then quit and save. From that point it's pretty fast and you're right the relics drop over and over, but pearls and legendary's still drop as well.

That's odd.. I farmed this earlier today for about 2 hours and got: 2 pearlescents, a Conference Call and about 3 E-tech relics. I was a 61 Commando. (It was on the 360 version, but don't think that makes a huge difference.

I just did a few runs in offline mode (going into network options and clicking offline) and nothing changed. I can't remember the last time I even had 4 midgets spawn. Maybe if I just unplug my ethernet cable altogether...

I'm not sure man.. You didn't grab the quest item in the box where they spawn right?

Wow dude something is wrong if no midgets spawn, are you sure you have the mission activated? All four spawn each time everytime without exception for me. That's in UVHM lvl 72 at OP8 but that shouldn't make any difference. As long as you are in UVHM (3rd playthrough lvl 50+) it should work just fine. Offline/online has nothing to do with it.

I have the mission activated. i get three to spawn but almost never four, I've grabbed two of the echo logs but not all four
