overpowered weapons

hi guys can some 1 explain me where and how to get overpowered weapons,because last time when i play on a server some 1 give me a weapon like that verry powerfull,but i can not used this weapon.

grenade, rifle, what do you play exactly?

you could actually just get to your cap level and open the golden chest it will gove you legendary items you could find all the SHIFT keys online and on facebook

What do you mean by "overpowered"? Just something really powerful, or does it actually say "Overpower requirement" on the weapon card, instead of "Level requirement"?

If it's the latter, you need both level cap increases. That lets you get to 72. After that, you can unlock "Overpower" levels 1 - 8, which are basically game levels 73 - 80, but your character stays at level 72.
