Can't find the first Echo audio In Memorial quest

During the In Memorial quest I found 2/3 audio but the first audio I still can't find. Do you find it from one of the enemies or by searching it?

Nvm I found it. Take me a while to know where it is.

If this is the one that lillith gives you towards the start of the game, there is one attached to an anchor near where you kill boll. you have to shoot it down. there is another on top of some pipes past the entrance to frostburn. The last one is near sanctuary. there is a pump you need to activate with a switch on the side, when you do that, it will spit the echo out..... Hope that helps :)
