not downloading
the game not downloads over 77%, and is the third time i restarted the download... tried almost all, reset computer, reset steam, the download, what i sould do? erase steam and re instal?

I got the same problem, the download sticks at 7.7/9.0 gb, when I try to continue the download, it automatically pauses. I tried downloading other games and I didn't have any problems with them.

I contacted 2k, they referred to steam itself, saying they didn't have a fix for me.
It's super annoying, can anyone help?

it worked when i formated the disk where i installed steam

Maybe this would work for me as well... However, I only have one harddrive containing all my files including Windows, so if anyone knows a better fix, I'm interested.

I had the same problem with another game. I got the download to work by changing the download region in steam. Go to settings>downloads choose a new region from the drop down menu then try downloading the game again. Hope that helps.

I've had no luck trying both of your fixes, I can't find much information on the internet about this particular issue. Thanks for your effort, though.

ironically it started workign and finished shortly after i posted and googled online for the problem

You could asl try deleting the game from your library then installing it again.
