Problems with Mad Moxxi and the Wedding Day Massacre
Can't teleport to the starting location-it's marked with a * and asks me to purchase this dlc. After opening store-this dlc is shown as purchased!

I'm playing russian version of Borderlands 2.

Make sure you also downloaded & installed, not just purchased it. You can see this either ingame in the DLC section of the main menu, or in your steam libraby on BL2.

Once you downloaded it, try it again, if it doesnt work try verifying your game cache.

- right click on BL2 in your steam library
- properties
- local content
- verify integrity....

that should fix it.
