It depends on what you mean by "modding"? I'm guessing that you mean traditional mods, like user-created maps, etc. There is none of that for BL2 (so there is also no Steam Workshop for BL2).
You can "mod" the game in the sense that you can use Cheat Engine to modify game variables (health, XP, etc.) while you're playing, and there is a save file editor that can be used to modify characters in certain ways.
Buying this game on PC vs a console "aint gonna happen".
Lmao, only true if
1. Game has mods (anything Bethesda, XCOM EW, ect)
2. Game has higher graphic output on pc (ie. looks better)
3. More content on pc version (Terraria, Dungeon Defenders, etc)
Which is why I asked about it; without at least one of those pc=console and I already own on console. I agree that for a lot of games pc > console, but pc gamers give pc gamers a terrible name/image when they act like total douche burgers and blanket sweep games that are not actually any better on the pc.
I'd like them to but I doubt it will happen.
