simply tack-tical the Contrabamd fireworks grenade(GOTY collectors edition) works best for me since the damage adjusts to your current lvl :D

Nasty Surprise, Bonus Package, Rolling Thunder, basically anything that can dish out loads of damage. Also Tesla grenades.
I generally prefer longbow variants and instant fuse where available.

All depends on my build. Fastball, Magic Missile, Chain Lightning, Longbow Quasar are all pretty universal in my characters though.
