What is the best shock weapon to use against Raid boss pyro pete?

As the title says what is the best weapon to reduce his shield? I am having no luck at all.

I like throwing all 10 Storm Front grenades and spam Thunderball Fists pistol on him.

Thunderball Fists can be farmed from Sparky Flynt in the Wam Bam island DLC. Probably easier to do than hoping for one from Captain Flynt.

Absolute best is a shock sandhawk,with a be shield, it absolutely destroys Petes shield in no time.

I have the Grounded Bee shield and find that it is complete rubbish. I might just give up on the raid bosses and finish all the side quests and dlc's on UVHM first. I just need seraph crystal for the achievments.

Bee damage boosting com shock sandhawk and shock damage relic. Anything but rubbish. Rather its how it is done. Slag and shock.

if you only want seraph crystals,try the slot machines in ttdlc,they give seraph crystals as a winning line (might have to wait awhile though) you will need plenty of eridium to play these machines.

I don't think any achievement needs Seraph crystals though? :/
(100% sure the "rank 1 in every challenge with a single character" doesn't need any of the DLC-specific challenges, if that's the one you were thinking about)

I use the Commando soley, and the sandhawk is trash ! (in my opinion)

The real trick is becoming familar with pete and the arena, then its easy.

This is the absolutely worst way to get seraph crystals. It will cost you a fortune in eridium. One seraph weapon costs 120 crystals - any level. Pyro Pete's average drop is something between 10-12 crystals. Do the sums. The machines do give you 3 seraph crystals at a time. When you get the right combination for the dice, and the dice give you the magic number... You get 3 crystals.
Trying to get 120 crystals from the slot machines in Flamerock Refuge will cost you thousands of eridium.

You can do it the cheesy way by hopping up on the higher ground between the two stantions there are vids on how to do this on utube your best friend when trying to work out how to beat the bosses in B2. If your playing a zerker grog nozzle and harold, dead in under a minute lol.
