Why can't I chain Money Shot skill? DId they nerf it? [SOLVED]

I tried doing it with lots of guns, that includes one with single shots and multiple shots per firing.

It simply wont work, I tried it on Psycho dummy in marcus shop and on normal enemies.. I hear "Tump" sound when Money Shot occurs but it will only occur when last bullet is gone from magazine.

When inconceivable procs couple of times it just does normal damage but once last bullet is gone it does the Money Shot. I have Rough Rider shield so it occurs quite a lot but I still cant get more than 1 Money Shot.

Tried with DPUH, Rubi, Lyuda, Maggie, Heart Breaker, Random Rifles/Smgs/Pistols not once did Money Shot occur more than 1 time during 48 levels, Normal Vault Hunter mode, Almost every DLC and half True Vault Hunter Mode.

Anyone can tell me whats going on? Did they nerf Sal Chain Money Shot I can't find anything in update notes about Money Shot?

Edit: To avoid questions about skill build I do have everything needed for Money Shot to proc more times, 5/5 inconceivable, 5/5 money shot paired with Rough Rider ofc.

Yea I seen it now on youtube, you can only chain Money Shot if you are Gunzerking, if you are not gunzerking and you money shot its only doable with some server side error or lag.

Server lag is your friend tbh. You can spawn 5 orbs of slag as maya in one second if the connection is laggy enough
