That vault symbol is the only one I haven't collected yet. Now I have something new to try. :)

Counting on Terrmorphous to boost you up is madness :D Terramorphous is throwing players high up but not high enough to reach symbol, i think.

Oh I will do. As far as playing around with Terra, I go there with one of my OP characters in TVHM - they are pretty much invulnerable to a level 52 Terra, and repeatedly try to stand just where he comes up, keep an eye on the symbol and whee! Nowhere close. Try again. And again. And again...
It is annoying that there are challenges like this one in the game that need two players to complete, as I spend the vast majority of the time playing solo. That one rooftop challenge in Opportunity is another example that as far as I can tell can only be done with 2 players.
Opportunity. There are three rooftops to explore for the challenge. One of which can only be reached by elevator, with someone on the ground pressing the button.
