It can be played at your level, and all playthroughs. It is repeatable and especially in UVHM, a great source of loot. In UVHM the loot (and enemies) will scale to you.

are you doing it at the reguler marcus store? if so thats why

Just have a look on the fast travel station, and go to Marcus' mercenary store (I think it is called)

His fast travel is at the Dust area, to the south (in the fast travel network).

You can loot the train repeatedly, after killing Mr Frosty. You know this, and I suspect you are being obtuse. The whole fight your way up the hill, kill all the yetis, bandits, snowmen etc on the way, stop them from stealing the train, unfreeze the bridge, escort the train, kill some more baddies, get the furnaces going, unfreeze the town... you only do once per playthrough, it is true. The boss fight and looting the train is however repeatable, as you well know.

Well i never tried repeating the boss for getting the loot again. My plan was to just force quit the game after i see the loot, so i could get a different, and hopefully better, loot.

2 observations about that DLC

1) The red chest on top of the train carriage appears only once. Why cant we farm it later?
2) The red chest on top of the bridge near the coal furnace is the most difficult red chest to reach in the entire game. (Happy to be corrected, but Im pretty thats right) In fact, apart from rocket jumping sal, Im not sure any other character can actually get to it.
If there is a way, please let me know!

When the train is there you can get to it.

I do believe you can easily grenade jump up there with any character, or atleast that's what i did with zero.

still seems odd to me that you have to grenade jump to a red chest.

Just get the train to the coal furnice go up on the crates and boxes stacked at the side of the building below the red chest and jump to the train and back up on the roof to get to the chest.

Yes I know that, but how do you do it without the train? As Sal its easy, but what if you are not Sal?
