Hammerlock not talking on Sanctuary

While trying to complete all quest on UVHM, I found out I can't talk to Sir Hammerlock

Press 'E' to Talk doesn't appear but I tried in Normal and TVHM and I can talk to him.

Can be by chance I have a quest that makes him not talk or he can be somewhere else?

he should talk or say something regardless of quest open or not usually they will say something like are you still working on that thing for me or something else

you may have found a bug

i know i played awhile back with someone doing that robot one where he wants to be a real boy and for some reason the hat did not drop now usually i just reload the game and kill more and it solves it but that did not and i still can not complete that quest lucky it is on the first play thhrough

but for some reason it will not drop the item

now if you have completed all his quests would still think he should say something at the least he should say i have nothing for you right now

the only thing i can say is find someone that has not done his question and see if that will fix it by doing quest with them

and usually if they are some where else they are gone and any mission you had with them not complete will be blocked until he is available

like when you do heros pass if you had any quest with any of those who go there they will be blocked until you finish that quest


if you have finished all his mission then i guess i would not worry about it but it seems you have not so like i said find a freind that has not done the ones your are missing and do them with them and then when you come back even if he still does not talk you should atleast have complete them

I will ask a friend to help me get those quest at least in active so i can complete them on my game.
