How to Restart Missions
I've accidentally started "Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage" in level 17, making it a level 15 mission, is there a way i can make it to lvl 30? like doing the mission in level 30?

Gibbed might allow you to un-check missions and such. I'm sure someone has written a guide on save editing to un-████ your mission levels.

In nvhm and tvhm I am afraid theres no real way to restart a mission other than using gibbed. However if you accidentally start a mission you can immediately alt+f4 or whatever way you have for clowsing your client without saving, and this should reopen with the mission unstarted. In UVHM you can reset your mission progress at any time from the select character page

Technically, if you first entered the Torgue DLC at 17, the mission should be 17, not 15.

Like the others said, there's no way in the game to change the mission level, but the DLC maps generally seem to scale to your level when you first enter them. So, if you stopped after you entered the crater and don't continue the DLC until you're level 30, most of the rest of it should be level 30. The arena may still be 15 (it seems to match the crater level, maybe because the arena is in the crater, even if it is a separate map), but the maps after that should be 30.
Actually, in Normal Mode the "Highway to Hell" mission from Torgue's DLC is always level 15.

Not true. It can be any level from 15 - 30. It was 30 for some, probably most, of my characters.
