That said, it depends on what caused it to Crash in the first place.
Can you provide more details?
IF it's a Corrupted Save File, then you may need to Revert to a Previous Duplicated Save Data File.
IF it's a F###ed up Setting, then it should be easy to find what the issue is. Set Everything to the Lowest Setting, and try again. I use 1080p, even though I have a 4K Screen, and my FPS is left at the Default, even though my TV can handle 120 FPS.
It may also be a Hardware issue, to which you may need to Lower some Settings to compensate. Example: Even though you might have a 4K Monitor/TV, the Game can't actually take it, so Lower your Screen Resolution to 1080p (1920x1080) and you should fix the Cutscene Crashing, IF that is what is causing the Problem.
I have the same GPU Type (RTX 4090) and I'm using an AMD CPU.
What CPU are you using?
CPU Type: Intel/AMD (Post 9th Gen, AMD is a better Platform)
RAM: Ensure you have enough of it to fulfil the higher Resolutions on your Games, and that it runs fast enough to not cause a Hold-Up on your GPU OR CPU.
GPU Configuration: IF Default, then should be fine, IF OC, then you may be using a Bad Configuration that the Game can't use.
HDD/SSD/NVMe: This is most likely not causing this issue, but IF you are using a Standard HDD to Run your Games, then I would ask, WHAT THE F###, as this will basically cause General Issues in your System while playing them. SSD's are Fast enough to Run Games on, but NVMe (M.2) is better as it's faster. Your RTX 4090 will be running at ideal condtions with your Games on NVMe's, compared to SSD's. The Difference is barely noticeable, I only Mention this in case you're using a Standard HDD, as when the HDD's get Older, the Mechanical Parts inside start to ware out.
My best Guess, is that you're thinking that you can Run the Game on its Max Settings, at 4K, just because you've got a nice RTX 4090. While in reality, this Game tries to request too much Memory while in 4K, and thus causing the Crash. The Game will run better if you simply use 1920x1080 and let your Hardware naturally Scale it onto a 4K Screen.
Assuming that lot is of no help to you, just provide more details, and we'll see what we can do for you.
Its actually the resoluition. The problem was 4k. Iam now playing in 1920x1080 and the cutscenes are running. I really thank you very much for your great answer and for the help.
