Cant get to Gluttony Gulch

i bought pandora box and i still cant access Gluttony Gulch it still opens DLC page for me to buy it even though its unlisted from steam and same goes with Marcus mercenary shop

go to library on steam right click on game click properties click dlc make sure all dlc boxes are checked

It should show when you open fast travel. Never heard of this problem.

yes its showing but it has a star next to the name of the maps

In your DLC list, do you have all 5 headhunters dlc ?

head hunter 2
head hunter 3

And these are what you need to access the locations you've mentioned earlier. For some reason they are currently unavailable in your region (Kuwait)
