Low GPU clock speeds making the game stutter

The game is stuttering a lot and getting really low clock speed on GPU. I can play BL3 and many other games at 60fps with no problem at all. Does anyone know how to solve this? Already tried using DXVK but the issue still remains.

Also: This problem is exclusive to BL2. Other games run at normal clock speeds

GPU: RX 570 8GB
RAM: 16GB

dont know i had the same problem when i had an rx card i think i had the 480 or whatever but i bought a nvidia gpu and my game has been fine ever since haven't played since the start of 2018 tho :p

DXVK is usually the silver bullet because higher end PC's don't have good compatibility with old DirectX , but if that wasn't the problem there are still a few tweaks you can try.

Anything lower than "High performance" power scheme running? IMO The no 1 factor when it comes to crappy performance in games.

Solved: i just needed to bring up Radeon monitor while in game. Probably a weird driver bug lol
