I double-checked just now, and it's still missing on the store page for Pandora's Box. It's listed separate in the DLC for Borderlands 2.

Pandora's Box gives you "Borderlands 2: Vault Hunter Cosmetics Megapack". That megapack is missing the Gunzerker skin. (There should be 5 skins for each and there are only 4 Gunzerker skins).

It doesn't matter if it is SHOWN in the listing. It isn't listed in the handsome-collection either but still included.
I would kinda guess that the cosmetic-pack just has a wrong entry that doesn't show that one skin being included.

The appid (225828) for the Domination Pack is clearly missing from this "megapack", if it wasn't then the DLC wouldn't be available as a seperate purchaseable DLC on BL2's Store Page for whatever reason.

Try to find the appid for the Domination Pack there, you won't find it.

Just because you were able to buy the collection back then and get the skin doesn't mean that you can still do that NOW. Because this is new.

Not sure what to tell you, seems more like a you issue.

I bought the pandora's box because i had BL in bits and pieces from other platforms, none of it on steam, and i didnt have a lot of the DLC's, i definitely had no cosmetic DLC's because i dont care about those and would not buy them anyways.

So it was a totally new clean BL install
And the DLC is sitting right there in my library
ALL of the DLC.

Everything BL related, except for Tiny Tina's Wonderland.
Every single DLC including the one you say is not included.
And Pandora's Box is the only steam BL purchase i made.

The "variations" of the Gunzerker DLC are nothing but a RU version of the DLC and also a Bundle version of the package, I don't know what you are trying to prove in your post.

Yes, you bought the Pack a while ago, you got the DLC included in it before Feb 21st, congrats- parents must be proud. You can buy it again on a different account if you really want to prove me wrong, at least Randy will be happy.

Its the Pre-Sequel HD Texture Pack that got included into the bundle today..

Again, there currently isn't a package on Steam that'd include the DLC in it aside of standalone, this counts both Handsome Collection and Pandora's Box after Feb 21st. They share the BL2 cosmetic DLC megapack which lacks the Gunzerker Domination pack specifically. Since its missing from there, it's available for seperate purchase individually on the BL2 storepage.
I gave all the links for that, use your eye-holes and brain matter at least for a little bit.

It doesn't disappear from your library after you've bought it, its just not included in the bundle at the moment if you were to buy it right now.

Its the SAME bundle ever since it released. It released as a part of the anniversary in order to let people buy the remaining Borderlands content. It was NEVER time-limited.
Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is NOT included because its not a Borderlands game, despite reusing the engine and the gameplay- its a spinoff.

Developers are allowed to change packages at any time they wish, so Gearbox has made changes to the bundle on February 21st, trying to reduce the Borderlands 2 cosmetic DLC clutter from it and put it all under 1 DLC; https://store.steampowered.com/sub/994129/

The Cosmetics Megapack lacks the Gunzerker Domination Pack for unknown reasons, which is why this thread exists in the first place, to let people know that this one singular DLC is NOT included in your purchase of Pandora's Box after Feb 21st, as minor as it is its still a nice catch.

You bought the bundle BEFORE Feb 21st so it DOESN'T AFFECT YOU in ANY way. It'd only affect people that would buy the bundle AFTER Feb 21st due to random ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that Gearbox is currently doing with it.

I never thought I'd see the community act so dense just over 1 DLC missing because "me know best me brain good me don't need research" seems more favorable to do than just check SteamDB for yourself or literally just check the Cosmetics Megapack contents directly on Steam Store itself.
