What is "gibbed"
Hi i notice people keep saying i got blah blah weapon or blah blah armor by gibbing wut is it a program and is it legal?

Gibbed is a save file editor. It has more uses than just cheating & it's perfectly safe / fine to use if you like.

Using Gibbed, you can:
Change where your character was last logged out at
Alter levels, exp, currency
Add or alter items
Easily transfer items between two characters (Rather than using the shared bank
Alter your characters head / skin (even skins you don't possess)
Alter Vehicle skins
then there's the RAW data section which i'm pretty sure you can use to alter the mobs levels based on zone edited.

Nope. You really only get VAC banned for cheating in competitive games (eg. Counterstrike)
