Mission 'Note for self-person'

Im aware that this mission is dropped by a goliath in the fridge i must have killed and ran past the mission on the first time through is there any way i can make him/the mission spawn again? Any help is appreciated

I haven't played BL2 in a long time, but from what I remember in my experience getting into the area where Smash-Head is supposed to be then triggers the Goliath spawning in one of two locations.

The first location is at the start of The Fridge. He will appear from the doors underneath the broken bridge, that is just past some broken down cars and a bunch of Rats.

The second location is towards the end of The Fridge, a set of doors just before the room that takes you to an Exit for "The Highlands - Outwash".

The addition I would make to the above is that you need to have completed The Cold Shoulder (obtained from Scooter after you get back to Sanctuary from Overlook). Note to Self Person relies on a set of doors opening that open near the end of The Cold Shoulder.

Aside from that just go back into The Fridge where Ad Hoc said and the goliath should spawn. Also I had the mission not drop from the goliath on one occasion because I shot his helmet off and he levelled up. I don't know if that always happens but best to not do that.

I didnt know he could spawn elsewhere thanks to both of you just saved me alot of time :)

You need to kill the Goliath without shooting off his helmet. You can sometimes get away with it, if it happens right before he dies. This is most likely because the Rage-animation takes a moment to spin up.
