Issue in X-Com-municate mission with Cloud Kill in UVHM

I'm currently playing a Siren in UVHM solo and I can't complete X-Com-municate mission because almost all kills I made with the E-Tech gun I received are registered as kills from Cloud Kill and not from the gun (after killing around 50 bandits only 2 are registered as kills from the E-Tech gun). Anyone know how to solve this issue without having to respec my character?

Had a similar problem, had to kill a TON of bandits to complete the quest. I believe you can use any etech weapon and it'll still count towards the quest, so if you find a better one you can use that.

I have other e-tech guns but none works except the one I received in the Medical mission. For the bandits, I know this; that's not the problem I have with this mission.

To complete this mission, I have to respec my Siren and remove Cloud Kill temporarily.
