The Floor is Lava Challenge

So I have the DLC and I'm in the Mines of Avarice, trying to complete the jumping puzzle challenge, but I fell too many times when I did the mission a long time ago, and now that I'm completing all of my challenges, the puzzle is no longer there. Does anyone know what is gonig on?

Works as intended. If you fall one too many times the Challenge is failed until the next diff. So, fail in normal, try again in TVHM. Fail there and you'll have to stick with UVHM. As the latter can be reset whenever you wish you can try as often as you wish.
However, as you have to play a wee bit to get there, it might be an idea to play until said jumping "puzzle", force a save. Now tab out, go to your save folder and change your character file to write protection. Tab back in, go for the jumping, if you fail exit to main menu (your character progress can't be saved thanks to write protect) and continue. If you manage to do it tab out and remove the write protection.
At least, I hope this works, as I have to do that stupid jumping thingy again as well.
