Yoteslaya's police report was released years ago, this YouTube video is worthless and irrelevant, just some random guy talking over gameplay, about a topic he wasn't invovled in, not worth watching.

report doesn't say where he was in the truck and we knew it was his truck look on page 3 where it has his vehicle information at registered owners name the same as driver portion is not checked but looking at where the other 2 it shows them not in the drivers seat so it and were it leaves it to be where he would be driving so he could've been driving the report contradicts itself in that part or its just some oversight by the officer, i was 10 when it happened and now im saying rest in peace to a youtuber who was a big part of a community hell you were 12 im not excusing nor condoning drinking and driving

This is an outright lie, it literally says right at the start of the report "Driver #1", that literally tells us he is in the driver's seat.

It's irrelevant whose vehicle it was, police reports are only concerned with who was driving, and it is required for police to note this information on the report, it doesn't change anything, not sure why you would even reference this. Even on page 3 it says "Driver's Name", "Driver Injury Status" and details his driver license information. The driver's license information would be irrelevant if he wasn't driving, as can be seen for the passengers.

What's perturbing about that thread is whilst many are judging him upon those actions (and some prior DUI history) and not upon the joy he brought to his fanbase, there's equally plenty of fans that are jumping in defensively - designing creative scenarios in which he was the victim and not the cause. Whilst I recognise it may not have been prudent to jump to conclusions before the facts were out, the facts were as many suspected.

But... a life being lost is still a tragedy; lives extinguished because they were caught up in the event (passengers) is also tragic, and the deaths will impact many - the sons, relations, friends, etc.

But that video? Ouch, it was a painful laboured rant. And yes, I really can't see him being included as an Easter egg, despite the petitions. I'm not sure that's the behaviour Gearbox will be condoning - I won't be surprised if there's a "drive carefully" poster outside Moxxi's.
