crashing while spawning?

every time i start up the game, when i start to spawn i goes through that tunnel and freezes, every time i have to sign out is there a fix for this?

i put every thing on max but its at 1280x720, my processor is Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200H CPU @ 2.80GHz graphics card Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 and Nvidia Geforce 840m, yes im at 40 hours now, if you want to look for other specs my laptop is the msi gp70 2pe leopard

You could see if something in the topic below helps. Apparently changing an Nvidia setting or using older Nvidia drivers has fixed this type of problem for some.
