UVHM Hyperion turrets

What is with these things in UVHM????? I am doing the run to the bunker as a level 63 siren and feel like I cant kill the turrets to open the second gate. They regenerate health as fast or faster than I can do damage it seems. I put several mags from a corrosive AR, using phaselock multiple times and could not take one of them out. This game has some horrible scaling but this is possibly the worst.
Similar thing happened for the last boss of the captain scarlet dlc. It took me over half an hour to cheese the boss because it had so much health. I would have to shoot for several minutes straight to take out one of the week spots. It was only made possible by hiding where I could not be hit because 1 blow would take me to 1 percent health

At UVHM the turrets regain health very quickly and it is even worse if there are surveyors. Keep this in mind if you're going to play on Digistruct Peak to get the power levels because surveyors regenerate the health of enemies and turrets at speed of light.
