How do I farm bosses?

So say I kill a boss, how do I get them to reappear? I tried quiting the game and then reloading but they are alredy dead

You probably have to turn in/complete the mission that led you to the boss. Then he should respawn everytime you reload your game or even just re-enter the map

theres a few bosses like Terramorphous Bnk3r and DLC bosses that you need to turn in the mission to farm, The warrior you can just save quit farm after killing him the first time.

It would help if you said which boss you were trying to farm though.

Especially since his loot pool is crap. I didn't know he was still on that 24 hour thing though. That's stupid.

Dexi is once a session. It is entirely possible to farm more than once a day after a save / quit / continue. I finally got a Chopper on the 4th attempt. On the same day. The final unique weapon for my collection. Only 400 eridium. Yay.

For Terra you have 2 options - assuming you have done the mission and handed it in to Tannis. He is farmable after this.

1) Go to Thousand Cuts, pay the 8 eridium and go fight him again.
Check the loot - note that his skins are green rarity, check thoroughly. Heads are purple.
At this point, if you save/quit/continue, you will be in the Peak, fee paid, Terra reset, ready to fight again.

Or,

2) If you want to have some fun, and keep the Anarchy stacks, go back to Thousand cuts after the kill, pay the fee again and Terra will have reset, the loot will still be on the ground. You can actually crash the game this way - too much loot on the ground and the game will fall over. :)
You do have to put in a fair number of kills to do this though, and there is the chance of missing loot in the ever growing loot pile.

Either method will work, but if you have an Anarchy stack you want to keep, choose option 2.
