well actually, all maliwan weapons have higher elemental chance and damage
-Maliwan guns are always elemental (either slag, corrosive, incendiary or shock, but never explosive) and generally have increased elemental effect chance and damage when compared to guns from other manufacturers.
-Most Maliwan weapon types almost always have the "Bonus Elemental Damage" trait, the amount of bonus damage differing between weapon types
-Pistol bonus damage is equal to 100% of the damage listed on the item card.
Straight from the wiki https://borderlands.fandom.com/wiki/Maliwan
And also, The hornet/Thunderball fist will be useless at that level.
And as for OP, If you are still looking. I would recommend farming some chests/vending machines until you get some nice shock and corrosive weapons
Part of helping the OP is to dissuade them from following your BS advice.
which is a shame, because Maliwan had some semi-decent Explosive Sniper Rifles in their arsenal (that's if one didn't obtain the Torgue Cobra yet)
Then for some reason he didn't finish his summons. He sort of flinched. Must be due to the steady damage from corrosive procs. When he tried to summon again, I shot him in the eye with a corrosive sniper rifle. Managed to kill him without even letting him summon a single robot.
