How do you get to sanctuary from the hunters grotto?

Hello all, I was wondering. I am in the hunters Grotto, and when I go to a fast travel station, I see no option to go back to Sanctuary? Any help tips? Thanks in advance !!!

Ordinarily the fast travel in hunter's grotto has the usual fast travel options to Sanctuary. The only reason it wouldn't be there is if you've got the Bright Lights Flying City mission open and haven't yet completed the mission to return to Sanctuary after Sanctuary gets lifted into the air . Finish that mission and you'll be able to return.

Heya. You haven't unlocked Sanctuary as a location yet. It you start the game on a new playthrough in true or ultimate vault hunter modes you will have to unlock each new area as you go through the story, just like when you first play the game. The DLC locations are the exception to this cause they're not tied to the main game. So go back to Best Minion Ever you'll eventually get to Sanctuary. Or, restart the game in Normal mode again (via select character) and you'll have all the locations again.

Sorry to dig up such an old post, but I'm stuck. The original point I came in from is too high up after jumping down a cliff, and I can't kill the level 30 enemies at the Hunter's Lodge.

How do I get out of here?
