Sawtooth Cauldron is its own map.

It's connected to the Eridium Blight, the entrance is in the North East(ish) section of that map.

you have to follow the story in order to unlock certain area, which for sawtooth cauldron u need to have the mission brick ask you to go and steal some explosive package to continue to the next area
