So,in the game,i am a 61 level Gunzerker,i started yestarday the "Campaign of Carnage"DLC,I did all the Br Blitz quest(first of all the picture started apearing.I collected 5-6 outside the bar and in the bar),and then I started to do the Rematch Tier III....but no drops of Moxxi picture..Can someone tell me why they don't drop !?

Random is random. Even if the drop chance is 99%, it is not 100%. You can not get the drop in 1,0000,000 kills. It's definitely possible, albeit unlikely.

The chances of getting heads when flipping a coin is 50%. Flip a coin 10 times. You may not necessarily get 5 heads. You can expect to get 5 heads, but chances are that you won't. Each event is mutually exclusive.

I've never seen 10 in a row but for me the drop's been pretty common at levels above OP4 in Rematch Tier 3.

Pictures will drop in any playthrough. If you are farming the Bar Room Brawl for torgue tokens they will appear. I have usually found at least one per round, and sometimes more. It seems that the badasses drop the more than the others, but any human enemy in the DLC can drop them.

yeah im super late but i have collected over ten and it isnt working

I wonder if they patched this? I've completed about 40 runs solo and only got one within the Bar Blitz Quest
