Would I lie to you?

Was going through my backpack to find stuff to sell when I noticed a pistol I picked up from somewhere - "Hot Button Fibber" and down the card it reads in red, "would I lie to you?"

I almost sold it until I read the weird as all get out stats, and decided to first ask if this is some kinda joke weapon.

Damage: 39
Accuracy: 73.8
Fire rate: 0.2
Reload: 0.1
Magazine size (this actually made me laugh and say out loud "WTF") 2364 - on a pistol, yeah right!

Then

50% love (???)
3000% Damage WOW

Should I sell it for a whopping $1391? I tried it on a few bullymong, but when the shots went all over the place and I almost got killed, I switched to a shotgun.

The answer to that question in red, oh yes, it would and did lie to you. However, it's a pretty sweet gun. I like barrel 2.

Reading the second barrel part in that wiki isn't clear to me: "This barrel is indicated by the gun card with the highest damage of the three barrels." How do I know what barrel I have?

Look at a wall, shoot the floor in front of it. It would bounce off the floor and hit the wall with.... I think 9 projectiles, it shatters, and if you have amp shield all get the amp because they are not listed projectiles.

It is the weapon that is made for Anarchy Gaige.

It can spawn with 3 different barrel types, but only one of them is useful. The ricochet barrel is the only one worth considering really. Each bullet splits into 9, so 9x the damage if all of them hit.
It does take some getting used to, it works by reflecting bullets off any surface, floor, walls, the ceiling... Want to shoot some enemy who is hiding round a corner? The Fibber will help with that.
