Buttstalion Farming

Ayy,
I just finished the game and went through all the DLCs and finished the Tiny Tina DLC too.
Then I heard about the Buttstalion Farming and wanted to try it out, i waited for like 20 minutes to spawn her but I noticed that i can't feed her any of my eridium. I don't know why or what i'm doing wrong here but i need help.

I beat the game and the DLC, like i said before.

Did you do the quest for her next to her stable/reload the game

I reloaded the game twice and I don't know anything about a quest for her. What kind of Quest is it?

After you defeat the Handsome Sorcerer, free the queen etc, you have to complete the mission by handing it in to Roland.
If you now travel to Flamerock, he and the queen will be there and standing in her stable. The first mission will be to pet her. Do that, hand it in to Butt Stallion, the next one is to feed her.
Do that, and hand it in, then carry on feeding her until you get bored / run out of eridium...

Look through the mission flow list to check that you've actually finished the sub-missions in A Game of Games and the pair in Pet Butt Stallion ~ if not, do whatever's still outstanding and return to try feeding the horse eridium again. https://borderlands.fandom.com/wiki/Tiny_Tina%27s_Assault_on_Dragon_Keep_mission_flow
