Is the badaboom that rare?

I want to try rocket jumping, but Ive killed King Mong like 50 times or something and he still hasnt dropped one. Wasnt it 1/10 chance?

No ~ as Lege (or higher) Rocket Launchers go, It's not terribly rare. Is there a specific reason you want it (aside from jumping)? Sounds like nearly any RL will do for you to try rocket jumping so I wouldn't be concerned about a specific one cos you'll probably find some random Launcher sooner. About farming specific weapons, it maybe worth your time & effort if you absolutely require that gun or class mod or whatever but otherwise it's generally smarter & lots more fun just to play the game. If memory serves, you can buy an Ahab from the Oasis Seraph Vendor while you're in NVHM or TVHM (or Gee can drop it in UVHM). Whoever told you about that 1 in 10 probability is wrong & it'd be very misleading for you to count on it. There are some (not many) exceptional items I've farmed for more than 600 hours but never for a Badaboom. Happy Hunting
