Nope. Game gets harder but your character stays the same.

I assume you either mean OP level or going to True Vault Hunter Mode? No to the heads, skins and weapons, it's a New Game + for going into TVHM or UVHM, you keep EVERYTHING you had just restart the story and all completed missions, you can go back to normal mode and everything there will be the same. Now if you mean OP levels, I assume the game just gets harder.

Just wated to add:
Skins, Heads and Badass Ranks are even "shared" with all your characters.
It's "account-wide", so to speak. So you can safely activate a head for, say, Axton while playing Maya. It is then still available to all Axton's you may create in the future.

So everything i have done in Normal mode will still be there Weapons,Skins, heads, money etc. but if i change to TVHM they are all gone?

No, all of that goes with you. What he was saying about Normal Mode was that the mission progress is separate for each mode. After you start TVHM, you can, if you want, reselect your character and switch to Normal Mode, and all of your Normal Mode missions will be as you left them. You can go back and complete any unfinished side missions if you like. Then switch back to TVHM when you're ready, and continue the missions that you were doing there.

Your inventory moves with you, your heads and skins move with you (In fact your heads and skins are there for every character.) . If you have a Bonus Package in normal mode and go to TVHM you will still have it and everything else in your inventory. If you then find a Hornet and go back to normal mode you will still have the hornet.

Hmmm how about the achievement skins? If I unlock an achievement skin on my gunzerker, does my siren get that skin also? Or do I have to also earn the achievement skin on my siren in order for my siren to use that skin?
For example : Torgue Speed Demon skin is earned after achieving Rank 5 Catch-a-Rocket! challenge

Thank you.

You have to complete the challenge with each character class, but only once. Once you unlock Speed Demon with a gunzerker, you can use it with any gunzerker character that you start.
