Captain scarlett DLC - enemy level too low

Hi guys. I've done the base bame with all sidequests after it the Tiny Tina dlc, after it the Hammerlock DLC. Now we went to play Captain Scarlett, but the enemys level are too low. The previous 2 dlcs did not have a problem like this. There the enemy level was apprppriate for us. What can I do?

We did not kill the final dragons and terramorphus and the big dude at the end of hammerlock. Everything else is done.

it starts off with the levels really low because its a low level dlc. after you complete 1 or 2 story missions for the dlc the missions will begin to scale up to your level along with the enemies

What Level are you? What levels are the enemies? What mode are you in, TVHM or UVHM?

You did them in the wrong order. Scarlett (and Torgue) are meant to be done first between levels 15 to 30. Hammerlock and Tiny Tina are meant to be done after you beat the game as the level caps are from 30 to 35 and contain spoilers.

These are Normal mode caps:

Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's Booty - levels 15 to 30
Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage - levels 15 to 30
Sir Hammerlock's Big Game Hunt - levels 30 to 35
Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep - levels 30 to 35

I am in normal mode. Level 41. The enemies are 29-30... Will it be normal after some missions?

Captain Scarlett's and Torgue's DLC only scale upto level 30 in Normal Mode. Hammerlock's and Tiny Tina's DLC scale upto level 35 in Normal Mode.

So then if i change the mode, what level will they be?

In TVHM, Pirate and Torgue start at 30, and Hammerlock and Tina start at 35. The maximum mission level for everything in TVHM is 50 (some enemies can be higher). So, if you're level 41, each of those DLC will scale to your level (up to 50), but then the DLC areas that you play at a certain level (eg. 41) may be stuck at that level.

Yes, your mission progress is all reset. You keep your level and equipment obviously.
