Clan Wars: First Place glitch?

Hi,

I've been trying to complete the Clan Wars quest, but the vehicles I'm supposed to blow up with the dynamite aren't spawning. I think this is a glitch and the whole bloody quest is now stuck because of it.
I started out the quest as normal, planting the dynamite and killing the pyrotech. However, I had to quit the game very shortly after killing the pyrotech and now the quest won't resume after I restart the game. No matter how long I wait at the vantage point, the vehicles I'm supposed to blow up still won't spawn. Absolutely nothing happens, there is no new objective and a turn in objective won't appear either. Anybody else experienced this or something similar in another sidequest? Did this quest permanently glitch out on me or is there some way to force-start the quest?

i had the same problem and i just closed the game down and waited a day then it worked.

I read that restarting the game works for some people, I tried that multiple times as well (I've had this problem for over a month) but it's just not working for me. The pyrotech is gone, I'm at the vantage point, and nothing hapens. But thanks for your help anyway :)
I also looked up how to activate the developers console, I thought I could force the quest to start again with some commands. However, the commands that work in the console are only good for making screenshots. Nice....
More tips are appreciated!

You might need to join the game of someone else who has the problematic quest active and complete it that way.

What you can do (which is what i did) is play as another character for about 20 minutes or so and then come back, the cars should respawn
