Some missions in sanctuary are not showing up

soo, i'm in sanctuary, then i wanna do the BFFS mission and the dukino's mom mission, but their not showing up, help me?

You need to be at a certain point in the main story for them to show up.

Let me rephrase. You must complete the main story missions up to a certain point before some missions become available. The BFF side mission comes right after Where Angels Fear to Tread.

if you have led dukino back to the cave the mission demon hunter should appear on sanct bullettin board. its a lvl28 mission

im in true vault hunter mode

well same thing applies but you have to do it all again in tvhm for mission to appear and you can wait until lvl50 if you want lvl50 reward
